Terms of service

The terms for working with LSK Nordic: prices, payment, delivery time, revisions, ownership, ongoing management and cancellation.

Prices and VAT

  • All prices on this website are in DKK and stated excluding VAT.
  • Package prices cover the deliverables listed on the pricing page. Work outside a package — extra pages, add-on systems, marketing production — is quoted before it starts.

Payment

  • Projects are paid 50% to start and 50% at launch. The deposit reserves your delivery slot and opens your client portal.
  • Card payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure checkout page.
  • Recurring services — website management at 299 DKK/month and business mail at 75 DKK per employee/month — are billed monthly and can be cancelled with one month's notice.

Delivery time

  • Our target is a live website in about three days from the moment content, brand material and domain access are approved and available.
  • Delivery time depends on your response time. If material or approvals are delayed, the timeline moves accordingly.

Revisions

  • Two full rounds of revisions are included after the first preview, plus small text and image corrections until launch.
  • A change of direction after approval, or scope beyond the ordered package, is quoted separately.

What you provide

  • Your logo (or a logo brief if we design one), photos, product or service information, and access to your domain.
  • You confirm that you have the right to use the text, images, video and audio you send us.

Ownership

  • When the final payment is settled, the delivered website, its content and your domain are yours.
  • We may show the finished work as a reference case unless you ask us not to.
  • Reusable internal tools, frameworks and components we bring to the project remain ours.

Hosting, management and third parties

  • Website management covers database and hosting fees, domain rights, updates and changes. Without a management plan, hosting and domain are your own responsibility.
  • Some features rely on third-party services — payments, email delivery, booking or analytics. Their availability and their own terms apply to those parts.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel a project before design work starts and the deposit is refunded.
  • Once design or development work has begun, the deposit covers the work already carried out.
  • Monthly services can be cancelled with one month's notice; we then hand over what is needed to run the site elsewhere.

Liability

  • We deliver the site with care and fix defects in our own work free of charge.
  • We are not liable for lost revenue, downtime caused by third-party services, or content published on your site after handover.
